Everest White, part of our Pure tea line, is the least processed of all teas. They are crafted from one organic young bud and two leaves from the foothills of Nepal, still covered in white pekoe/fuzz.

A rounded tablespoon or 3-4 grams per 8-12 ounces of water will yield a full-bodied cup. Use water in the temperature range of 85-96°C and steep for 2 to 2.5 minutes. If you drain the water from the leaves between steeps, you will get additional steeps.
