How do I place an order on your website?

You can order it from our website: www.suiroteas.com , where you can choose the products, Add them in a cart, and then proceed with the transaction.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept Esewa, Bank transfers, Cash in Hand, Fonepay etc.

What is your shipping policy?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 24hrs inside the Valley and 2-3 business days for outside the Valley. Internationally, it depends on the cargo flights. After placing your order, you will receive an email that will contain your necessary subscriptions. If you didn’t receive a product within this timeline then please contact Live Chat, Social media or contact us in our office number.

What is your return policy?

We have an easy return policy for products. If your product is unboxed but damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please apply for a return request on the website chat or through social media within 2 days for regular items from the delivery date.

What is your Exchange policy?

We exchange our product within 2 days for regular items from the delivery.

Yes, we do offer your customised products with gift wrapping and messages.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, You can change your order if it has not been placed but once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I order products that are out of stock?

Yes, you can order an out-of-stock product, but you will have to wait for it to be restocked. We will inform you as soon as it is restocked.
