Suiro Teas Refund Policy:

  • Suiro Teas values customers’ rights and is flexible on returning, refunding, and/or exchanging products on certain conditions.
  • Suiro accepts refunds and returns for damaged, defective and/or incorrect products.
  • Products not in the same condition as sold will not be accepted for refund.
  • Refunds or exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective products and/or incorrect items, or wrong sizes. Returns due to a change of mind may not be accepted.
  • Customized packages will not be refunded.
  • Refunds must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
  • Along with the return product, the original invoice must be presented.
  • Delivery charge will not be refunded if a return/exchange is accepted due to a change of mind.
