- Suiro Teas values customers’ rights and is flexible on returning, refunding, and/or exchanging products on certain conditions.
- Suiro accepts refunds and returns for damaged, defective and/or incorrect products.
- Products not in the same condition as sold will not be accepted for refund.
- Refunds or exchanges are allowed for damaged, defective products and/or incorrect items, or wrong sizes. Returns due to a change of mind may not be accepted.
- Customized packages will not be refunded.
- Refunds must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Along with the return product, the original invoice must be presented.
- Delivery charge will not be refunded if a return/exchange is accepted due to a change of mind.
